and groom the student-teachers, so
as to make the training imparted
complete and multi-dimensional.
These programmes help them to gain
balance and perform well when they
take up the profession of teaching.
The programmes are aimed at imbibing
qualities of self-confidence,
leadership, motivation and
accountability and help them in
classroom management, interpersonal
relationship, communication and
achieving professionalism without
losing the human touch. A
certificate of merit is also given
to the student-teachers who
successfully undergo the
Professional Enrichment Programme.
