\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Dr. Guhaselvi with over 26 years of teaching experience, commenced her career in 2001. She specializes in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management and has been associated with G.R. Damodaran Academy of Management since June 2007. She has contributed significantly to student development through soft skills training programmes and guest lectures in Consumer Behaviour and Organizational Behaviour. She has guided seven M.Phil. scholars and is currently supervising six doctoral research scholars. Her teaching is interactive and student-centric, promoting active learning. She has coordinated industrial visits, organized academic events, and presented papers at national and international seminars, with publications in UGC- and Scopus-indexed journals. She contributes to curriculum development as a representative of the Bharathiar University in the Board of Studies of affiliated and autonomous institutions and has also functioned as Convener of Inspection Committees nominated by the University for affiliations to Research courses offered by the affiliated colleges. Her research interests include People and workforce analytics, skills-based talent management, continuous workforce monitoring, employee experience platforms, ethical use of AI with transparency.. Strongly believes in giving back to society creating a positive effect through consistent, purposeful actions that improve and empower student community thereby contributing to social development.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n\r\n

Pursuing Ph.D. she has participated in various Conferences, seminars, Faculty Development programs and workshops and has her research papers presented and published in national and international journals. Her core areas of interest include Finance and Marketing Management. With a good understanding in Research and Analysis, teaches courses like Operations Management & Managerial Economics, and Financial Service & Equity Research and Portfolio Management. <\/p>\r\n

Dr. K.C. Arunadevi is an accomplished academician with over 16 years of experience in nurturing MBA students to excel professionally and personally. She is a UGC\u2013NET qualified faculty member and holds MBA , Ph.D. degree in Management under Bharathiar University along with an M.Phil in Entrepreneurship. Under her guidance, three scholars have completed their Ph.D and four scholars are currently pursuing their Ph.D program under Bharathiar University. She serves as a subject expert for conducting Doctoral Committee meetings. She is an active member of the Board of Studies in Management, where she has contributed her academic expertise for curriculum development and the overall benefit of the student community. She has published research papers in reputed journals and has presented her work at both national and international conferences. To continuously enhance her academic skills, she has participated in many workshops and Faculty Development Programmes. Her primary area of interest is Human Resource Management. She is actively involved in environmental and community development initiatives. She strongly believes that giving back to the society is the responsibility of every individual and she is committed to working towards a better tomorrow.<\/p>\r\n

Dedicated to academic excellence and holistic student development, she contributes through effective teaching, research, and curriculum enhancement. Her teaching methodology emphasizes critical thinking, experiential learning, and industry relevance, preparing students to meet contemporary business challenges. Gowtham Raaj is an academician with over 10 years of teaching experience in higher education, complemented by prior industry exposure as a Finance and Business Associate at IBM India Pvt Ltd, Chennai. He holds a Full time Doctorate from BSMED and is known for integrating industry insights with academic excellence. His areas of expertise include leadership, organizational behaviour, marketing, and Human Resource Management. He has successfully guided three doctoral scholars to completion and currently supervising three PhD Scholars, reflecting his strong commitment to research mentorship. His proficiency in SPSS and AMOS software underpins his strong quantitative research skills. In addition, he has served as a subject expert for doctoral committee meetings. Dr. Gowtham Raaj has published research papers in reputed national, international, and Scopus-indexed journals and has actively contributed as a resource person in guest lectures and Faculty Development Programmes. He is also a Member of the Board of Studies, contributing to curriculum development and academic advancement. <\/p>\r\n

She holds a Postgraduate degree in Management (International Business) and a PG Diploma in Entrepreneurship Development from Bharathiar University.<\/p>\r\n

She has completed professional certifications such as Excel Skills for Business: Essentials, Designing and Formatting a Presentation, and Hiring and Onboarding Employees with ClickUp. Her additional certifications include Graphic Design, Design Thinking \u2013 A Primer (IIT Madras), and Consumer Behavior (IIT Kharagpur). She has also undertaken job-oriented courses in Retail Management, Interpersonal Skills and Communication, and Insurance. Beyond academics, she actively contributes to Placement and Training by coordinating recruitment drives and engaging with corporate HR professionals. Ms. Kavi Dharshini is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies, specializing in HRM and Finance .She combines strong academic knowledge with practical industry exposure.She has 8 months of experience in the finance sector.She also completed 6 months of HR internships, gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, coordination, and HR operations.Her interests include HRM, Organizational Behavior, Financial Management, Corporate Finance and Employee Development. <\/p>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\r\n
