It was registered under the Public Charitable Trusts Act by a Deed of Trust dated 14.11.1979, later replaced by an Amendment Deed registered on 1st September 1999 at the Coimbatore Sub Registrar&#8217;s Office as Document Nos: 173 of 1999 and 1625 of 2004.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>The ownership and management of the Academy vests with the Trust which exercises academic and administrative control through a duly constituted Governing Council of which the Principal\/Director is the Secretary (Ex-officio).<\/p>\r\n <div class=\"su-list\" style=\"margin-left:0px\">\r\n\t<ul>\r\n\t<li><i class=\"sui sui-angle-double-right\" style=\"color:#005899\"><\/i> Dr. D.
