The Grievance Redressal Cell ensures that grievances are addressed<br \/>\nfairly and impartially, while maintaining confidentiality when required. Students with<br \/>\nlegitimate grievances can submit them in writing or mail the same to the mail id<br \/>\nmentioned below.<\/p>\n<h4>Submit your Grievance Online to:<\/h4>\n<p><strong>grdcsonlinegrievancescell@grd.edu.in<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>Objective of the Grievance Redressal Cell<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>To establish a fair, unbiased, and consistent process for addressing the diverse<br \/>\nissues faced by students.<\/li>\n<li>To foster positive and cooperative relationships among all stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>To encourage students to voice their concerns openly and without fear of<br \/>\nretaliation.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure grievances are resolved quickly, fairly, with empathy, and<br \/>\nmaintained in strict confidentiality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Grievance Redressal Mechanism at the Institution Level<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>In line with UGC regulations, a Student Grievance Redressal Cell is formed.<\/li>\n<li>This Cell investigates student grievances and works to resolve them promptly<br \/>\nand confidentially.<\/li>\n<li>A complaint box is placed in the college office, allowing students to submit<br \/>\ntheir grievances or suggestions in writing. The Convenor of the cell regularly<br \/>\nmonitors the box to ensure that any issues registered, are addressed as quickly<br \/>\nas possible.<\/li>\n<li>Students can also raise concerns online through a mail id available in the<br \/>\ncollege website. The Convenor of the cell reviews online submissions<br \/>\nperiodically to ensure timely attention to any grievances.<\/li>\n<li>Upon receiving grievances through either channel, the Cell convenes a meeting<br \/>\nto discuss the issues and take appropriate actions within a specified time frame.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The institution is dedicated to offering a safe and supportive learning environment for the students.
