Dr.K.A.Guhaselvi

Commenced teaching Profession in 2001 for about 25 years specialized in organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management. Associated with G R Damodaran Academy of Management since June 2007. She has trained student community in soft skills many a times. Dr.Guhaselvi has delivered guest lectures on various topics in Consumer Behaviour and Organizational Behaviour. Guided and produced 7 M.Phil Scholars. Currently supervising 6 Doctoral Research Scholars. Classrooms are interactive and student-centric, with a lot of lively interaction with students. Coordinated industrial visits and has been on organizing committees for various events .Participated and presented papers in National and International Seminars and has published papers in UGC and Scopus listed jouornals. Current research interests are in emerging trends of predictive analytics in HR, use of AI and Machine Learning in HR, and emerging talent management practices in the changing context.

Ms. S. Priyadharshini

Pursuing Ph.D. she has participated in various Conferences, seminars, Faculty Development programs and workshops and has her research papers presented and published in national and international journals. Her core areas of interest include Finance and Marketing Management. With a good understanding in Research and Analysis, teaches courses like Operations Management & Managerial Economics, and Financial Service & Equity Research and Portfolio Management.

Dr. K.C. Arunadevi

Dr. K.C. Arunadevi having specialized in Human Resource management has over 13 years of academic experience in nurturing MBA students to excel in life. She is a recognized guide of Bharathiar University, Coimbatore for MPhil and Ph.D. scholars. She has published research papers in reputed journals and has presented papers at National and International conferences. She has attended workshops and Faculty Development Programmes to enrich her knowledge and skills in developing future leaders. She has also completed online courses offered by reputed institutions (IIM, Harvard). She is actively involved in environment and community activities and coordinates related activities along with students. Her contributions received the Best Forum for the Year Award 2018 (Community Forum) She strongly believes that giving back to society for a better tomorrow is the duty of every one of us.

P. Saranya Boopathi

With around 3.6 years of industrial experience she puts in efforts to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge from books and the challenging tasks of various jobs in the industry. Served as both Marketing and Finance executive in both manufacturing and service industry has a first-hand knowledge about the expectation of the industry from the students leading her to contribute in equipping the students to prepare themselves to meet these expectations.

Dr V Gowtham Raaj

Starting career at IBM India Pvt Ltd, Chennai as Finance and Business Associate and being there for a year had lent a helping hand while taking up a career in the teaching profession. Currently enjoying his passionate profession for more than 3 years in Academia with an industry perspective. Having completed his Doctoral Research at BSMED his passion towards research is enormous. His areas of interest are leadership, organizational behaviour and other related fields in Human Resource Management. He has published papers in various National and International journals and Scopus indexed journals. He has attended various Faculty Development Programme in several fields like research, soft skills, marketing etc., Also Dr V Gowtham Raaj has acted as resource person for various guest lectures, Faculty Development Programmes and is also Member of Board of Studies.

Dr. Kanimozhi T

Ms. Kanimozhi T has completed her Master of Philosophy in Human Resource Management from Bharathiar University has her Post Graduation Master of Business Administration from BSMED, Bharathiar University. She has completed her under graduation Bachelor of Science (Computer Technology) from Coimbatore Institute of Technology. She has 3 years of experience in the field of teaching. She has participated in various Faculty Development Programmes and workshops. Her core areas of interest include Human resource management and Marketing management. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. under Bharathiar University.

Dr. J. Deepa

Dr. J. Deepa after completing PG joined ICICI Commercial vehicle loans as a team leader in 2004 and shifted to Bharti AXA Life Insurance Company Ltd as an Agency Manager. From 2010 she has been associated with GRD Institutions as a teaching faculty. She has completed her Doctoral Degree in 2019. She teaches Finance, Banking, Taxation and Investment subjects.

Dr. J. Deepa is an active member of Junior Chamber International and is now a Zone Trainer of Junior Chamber India International. She has handled Soft Skill Training workshops for School & College students and Corporate Personnel. She is also certified in a most popular business Program of JCI called ABLE (Academy for Business Leadership and Excellence).

Dr. J. Deepa has published research papers in reputed journals and participated in several National and International Conferences conducted by reputed institutions. She is also a trained Yoga practitioner. She is an Academic Counselor at IGNOU. She has also served as an observer for NEET / JEE examinations. Dr. J. Deepa assists in placements and industry tie-up at GRDAM.

Mr. V. Vivek is the Placement officer of GRDAM.

Being a teacher, researcher and skill trainer Mr. V. Vivek has 2 years of experience in Equity and Mutual Fund industry and 8 years of teaching experience in the areas of finance, strategic management and sustainable development. His research interests stretch out in the fields of sustainable development, institutional transitions, and strategic sustainable manufacturing and production. He has published research articles in leading international journals on Entrepreneurship and Sustainability Cues in MSMEs. As a soft skills trainer, he had organized programs on corporate climate and corporate communication. He has a close liaison with the industries and collaborates on industry institute interface. He has a rich source of contacts with the industries and aids students in career planning, industry partnership and placements.

Ms. Vinodhadevi.P completed her Master of Philosophy in Human Resource Management at the G.R. Damodaran Academy of Management, as well as her Post Graduate in Master of Business Administration at the KPRSB. She also completed her undergraduate studies at the Kumaraguru College of Technology, where she earned her Bachelor of Engineering (Aeronautical) degree. She has taken part in a variety of workshops. B.Suganya

Ms.B.Suganya is System admin,she has completed B.Sc (Information Technology) and worked with Infosys India Pvt Ltd at Bangalore for 3 years as Operations Executive, E Commerce Support with Amazon for an year and Customer Support Executive at Grouppal Pvt Ltd for an year. Skilled in tools like ITSM, JIRA,Service Now, Centra Hub and in applications like Ms Office, Python, Oracle database 10g, SQL servers and E commerce platforms.
